Suspension
Control, stability, safety
Of all suspension components, shock absorbers are probably the most important. They control the vibrancy of springs (mechanical or pneumatic) and they are responsible for the comfort and control of the vehicle. RVs put a significant amount of load on shock absorbers; because of the high center of gravity, RVs must be equipped with shock absorbers that can take handle heavy loads.
BILSTEIN gas-pressure single-cylinder shock absorbers offer the best performance with a 3 to 4 times longer service life than original shock absorbers. In fact, all high-end vehicles are originally equipped with BILSTEIN shock absorbers.

To adjust your air bags, you can choose from two systems: analog or digital.
- Analog: System secured on the dash that requires openings to allow passage of wires and air hoses between engine and passenger compartment. You can control the pressure of both air shocks simultaneously or independently on both the left and right side.
- Digital: System that does not need to be secured on the dashboard. All you need inside is a remote control the size of a garage door opener.

SWAY BARS
Sway bars, or more accurately anti-roll bars, are designed to resist a vehicle’s tendency to pitch from side to side during cornering, improving cornering ability and making for a more comfortable controlled ride. Sway bars are among the most cost effective and dramatic improvements that you can make to your vehicle regardless of whether it’s a truck, muscle car, tow rig, or RV. Sway bars are also typically easy to install, making them a great first upgrade for anyone who wants a little more control out of their ride.
The Motion Control™
The SuperSteer Motion Control™ unit SSE8095 is a simple, effective and very inexpensive solution to the excessive sway, body roll, bounce and rocking common in air bag-equipped vehicles.
The MCU installs in the air bag supply line(s) and contains a baffle that prevents rapid movement of air into and out of the air bags. The result is significantly improved compression, reduced sway, increased stability and stronger rebound characteristics; which means a smoother ride.
The MCU can be installed on the front and rear air bags, and different baffling ranges are available to achieve the desired ride quality and air suspension sway control.

Level your vehicle front to back, and from side to side
Heavy or off-centered loads can compromise the way you ride your motorized RV and its comfort and safety.
You now have access to a simple solution:
Pacbrake air bags
When installing Pacbrake air bags on your vehicle, you will be able to offset any kind of loading conditions, low or full capacity.
Pacbrake air bags will:
- Keep the back of the vehicle to its original height, improve its driving, level headlight alignment and increase tires’ tread life.
- Level off-centered loads (individual inflating valves allow the adjustment from side to side and front to back).
- Eliminate the compression of leaf and coil springs due to constant load pressure.
- Improve vehicle handling by allowing air bags to adapt to the road by adjusting air pressure.
- Reduce the clicks and pops noises of the suspension (air bags ease contact between axle and chassis).
- Increase vehicle stability by shock-absorption and provide good riding comfort for passengers and goods.
